Tray lunch at Square One

“We created a menu that not only features traditional favorites like Beef noodle soup and fresh rice noodle, but one that also showcases Hyatt’s care by offering a wide range of choice with enough nutriment for our respective guests,” said Chef Satoru Takeuchi.


Square One restaurant at Park Hyatt Saigon is offering a Vietnamese or Western for lunch starting from 12 noon until 2:30 pm on every Monday to Friday.
Chef Satoru Takeuchi and his team prepares delicacies for Vietnamese tray with Beef noodle soup; Fresh rice noodle; Grilled pork rib with five spices sauce, sautéed mushrooms, oyster sauce, garlic and steamed rice; Sea bass curry or steamed; Deep fried seafood and Ice kachang of the day or delightful Western lunch with Grilled AUS Black Angus beef; Grilled double AUS lamb chop; Grilled Tasmanian Ocean trout with lemon and mayonnaise; Square One beef burger.
For vegetarians, there are two choices of our Vegetarian tray with Bok Choy mushroom soup, tofu, vegetarian spring rolls, fried yellow noodle, vegetables and ice kachang of the day.
