Meeting Ba Na 2007

The annual tourism festival “Meeting Ba Na 2007” will take place from June 23 to 26 at the Ba Na-Suoi Mo tourist zone in Hoa Vang District, 40km away from Danang City.

The event will include many cultural activities such as concerts, photo exhibitions, food fairs, campfires at night, sporting competitions and more.

Visitors will have a chance to enjoy folk games as well as traditional music and dance shows featuring cultures of different regions in Vietnam.

The show will also include a gong festival performed by artists of the Co Tu ethnic group during the three-day tourism event. After crossing Thailand and Laos, a caravan of cars will arrive in Danang to take part in the festival.

The local authorities are prepared for the event. They expect the festival to attract around 6,000 tourists.
