Hungarian cuisine week launched in Hanoi

The Embassy of Hungary in Vietnam is holding a Hungarian cuisine week in Hanoi that was launched Monday, and will last until November 4.

Information about the culture and people of Hungary will also be on display.
Gulyasl soup, a goose liver dish, and two well known beverages – Tokai of Aszu and Unicum – are being presented at the cuisine week.
The secretary of the Agriculture and Rural Development Department of Hungary, Benedek Fulop, said he sees the event as an opportunity to present the unique flavor of Hungarian food and wines to the Vietnamese public.
